As arrived.First crack open.Bench time. 🙂Original 1983 batteries wow.Tried to remove the rust with remover, but one of the battery springs was too far gone.The re-capping begins…..Starting to swap the blue caps out.Cleaning and polishing up the exterior.Missing rubber feet left glue behind.Cleaned up and ready for some new stick on feet.Ahhhhh, Much better.Cleaned up some hardware in teh ultrasonic cleaner.Got rid of the rough rust with a wire brush on a dremel.Looking better and coated with clear lacquer paint.All re-capped, cleaned up and ready to test.Making the power adapter a neg center pin
