1960-61 Teisco 71A amp restoration

Scored this cool old amp and I’m determined to bring it back to life. Arrived in non-working condition and totally covered in nicotine tar. Tubes light up but there is no sound. I’m trying to keep it mostly original. However, the speaker has a bunch of cracks in it. It sustained some damage during shipping from Japan because it let loose from the baffle. It seems to work fine after some tissue paper and Modge Podge repairs. I may replace it for something newer with a higher sensitivity. The amp had a broken 500 picofarad cap between the volume and tone pots. It was also missing the cathode resistor on the 6AR5 output tube!
