Thanks to an old friend and a bit of luck I scored this old fender amp at an estate sale. I took a big chance on it since the pics weren’t great and there weren’t many details. Luckily it’s the real deal and in excellent condition! Judging by the fact that most of the components check out ok, especially the capacitors, I think this amp sat forgotten in the corner of a room or in a closet for a very long time. Only two of the old carbon resistors are out of spec it seems. The tubes all check out at more than 100% on my tube checker. The amp is usable as is with the original power cord and tubes intact. I’ve tested it using a transformer to avoid any grounding problems with using the 2-prong cord.
