Crisp and clean sounding vintage rhythm machine by Ace Tone. As most of you know, the company that came before Roland. It came to me painted on the top and filthy. After a ton of cleaning and elbow grease along with some maintenance, it is looking good again and working perfectly. I had sold this one and the person who bought it came back after a while saying he wasn’t pleased with the sound of the cymbals and I gave him another Fr-6 he thought sounded better and he has been happy. I ended up replacing all the electrolytic capacitors on this machine to see if it helped and to get rid of any possible issues. I think it sounds great! I made a video but the bass doesn’t come through almost at all on certain settings using my camera. I’m going to have to get a mic it seems.
